Rules and Conditions for the photography contest:

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Ag Service Employees are allowed to submit photos but will not be eligible for the prize.

How to Enter

Please submit your photos by using the link below and by filling out the entire form to be eligible for the prize. When submitting your photos, make sure they are a high resolution and in JPG or PNG format. Photographs must be original works.

Winner Selection

The winner of the contest will be contacted from our Hillsboro location by phone. Please be aware we will not notify a winner by email or text message. Winner will be announced October 28th, 2024.

Prize

The prize for the photo contest will be $100 cash prize.

Photo Release

Ag Service Inc. reserves the right to use any and all photos submitted for marketing and communication purposes, which may include our newsletter, website, social media posts and other marketing materials. We reserve the right to not display any image for any reason. Common reasons for us not using an image submitted may include low quality, improper orientation, or anything else that goes against submission guidelines. We cannot guarantee that all submissions will be accepted. 

Privacy

Participants agree that their name, hometown, county, and photo story/description may be used for promotional purposes in conjunction with their photo when published or used by Ag Service Inc. Any other personal information submitted by contestants will be for internal use only and will not be shared with or sold to any other parties. Your contact information is required for notification purposes only.
